Mike Vadini founded Skylark in 2004 with a vision to create business savvy, captivatingly entertaining, and powerfully moving projects that communicate positive values and redemptive themes. Mr. Vadini is a serial entrepreneur, having founded multiple companies including Skylark Entertainment, Prima Consulting, TITAN Technology Partners, MAVA Properties, and Bella Casa.

Mr. Vadini currently serves as CEO of TITAN Technology Partners. Since founding TITAN, Vadini has grown the organization to over 300 employees spread across the globe.  Prior to TITAN, in 1994 Mr. Vadini founded and led PRIMA Consulting to be an industry leader in Intranet and Internet solutions. PRIMA Consulting grew to 16 cities across the country with more than 300 consultants and achieved annual revenues of more than $50 million. Prior to forming PRIMA, Mr. Vadini spent seven years in the executive ranks of the telecommunications industry.

Mr. Vadini was recently selected as a finalist of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and currently sits on the Advisory Board at the School of Communications for Elon University. He is a recognized leader and speaker in the areas of eBusiness transformation.  Mr. Vadini holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College and MBA studies from Case Western Reserve.
